Questions and contact

Your name, email address, optional phone number and message are used to receive and answer your enquiry and manage the communication.

Rental and service enquiries

Your contact details, requested vehicle, site location, preferred date, approximate height or load, estimated duration and site description are used to assess your needs, discuss a suitable vehicle and prepare the quotation process.

Collection

You provide the information directly through a form, by phone or through your chosen messaging channel. For WhatsApp, the website prepares the message and you complete the send in WhatsApp. When direct email delivery is enabled, the server validates the form, sends it to the business mailbox and may send you a receipt confirmation.

Information is used only as necessary to answer your request and take steps towards a possible service relationship. This notice is not a consent form.

Preferences kept on your device

The website uses limited essential records to remember your language, avoid replaying the welcome screen in the same session and apply your Google Maps choice. The map choice lasts no longer than 180 days and can be changed through “Change privacy preferences” in the footer.

When form security is active, an essential security session may prevent forged or repeated submissions. These records are not used for advertising, analytics or profiling. The website has no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

Recipients and external services

• WhatsApp / Meta: receives message content only when you choose this channel and complete the send.
• Hosting and email providers: may process the data needed to deliver a form and receipt when direct email delivery is enabled.
• Google Maps: loads only after permission. Google may then process your IP address, device information and map interactions.
• Instagram and Google: their services open only when you select a social, review or directions link.

Where providers operate abroad, data may be processed abroad under the provider’s own terms as necessary for your selected service.

Retention and security

Form contents are not stored in a separate customer database. Contact and quotation requests sent by email are retained in the business mailbox for no longer than 12 months, unless a longer legal retention duty applies. Messages sent through WhatsApp follow the retention practices of the relevant account. Records are deleted when the retention period ends or they are no longer needed.

The site is designed to use HTTPS, server-side validation, request limiting and security headers. No internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, applicable rights may include learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, learning the purposes and recipients, requesting correction or deletion when conditions apply, requesting notification to recipients, objecting to certain automated outcomes and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.
